JLJ88 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights and Fair Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using jlj88 — whether through the website at jlj88.app or any authorised mobile interface — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and jlj88.

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active account on jlj88. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under another person's details, or using different contact information — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

3. Account Rules

Your jlj88 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, used by, or made accessible to any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised it.

Verification typically involves submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, and in some cases, proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account access being restricted until documentation is received.

Accounts that are inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jlj88 will notify you via your registered email address before any dormancy fees are applied. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

4. Deposits and Payments

jlj88 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jlj88 account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. jlj88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. jlj88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is received from an account that does not match your verified identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account flagged for review.

Deposits are made in Philippine pesos (PHP). All account balances on jlj88 are displayed in PHP. jlj88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in your own name that matches your jlj88 account details. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours are typically processed within one to four hours for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

jlj88 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold amount. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not indicative of any issue with your account.

If a withdrawal is requested before bonus wagering requirements have been met, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only the real-money portion of the balance will be released. Wagering progress and bonus balances are always visible in your account dashboard.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus Abuse

jlj88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed or used in a way that is inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion — including but not limited to: coordinated play between multiple accounts, systematic low-risk staking designed purely to clear wagering requirements, or use of strategies that exploit bonus mechanics unfairly.

7. Games and Fair Play

All games available on jlj88 are provided by licensed third-party game developers whose Random Number Generation (RNG) systems are certified by independent testing laboratories. jlj88 does not alter game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of certified RNG games.

In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or error during a game session, jlj88 will apply the following policy: if the game round was fully completed before the fault occurred, the result stands. If the round was interrupted before completion and the outcome cannot be determined from available game logs, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Game history is recorded and accessible in your account for a rolling period of 90 days. If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of the session with your game reference number.

Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with jlj88 games in a way not intended for human players is prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on jlj88 — including volleyball betting, basketball, and international leagues — is subject to the general terms herein and to jlj88's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately. Key principles are summarised below.

All bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been placed and a confirmation reference number issued, the selection, odds, and stake cannot be changed or cancelled by the player except where the jlj88 platform explicitly provides a cash-out option prior to event completion.

If a sporting event is postponed and does not commence within 24 hours of its originally scheduled kick-off or start time, pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned after commencement, settlement will follow jlj88's specific rules for each sport, which are based on the number of sets, periods, or stages completed at the time of abandonment.

jlj88 reserves the right to limit bet amounts, restrict markets, or suspend betting on specific events where unusual betting patterns suggest match irregularity or where market integrity cannot be assured. In such cases, affected bets will be voided.

Odds are provided in decimal format. By placing a bet on jlj88, you accept the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Live in-play odds fluctuate continuously — there is no guarantee that a specific price will remain available between clicking a selection and confirming the bet.

9. Responsible Gaming

jlj88 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gaming is intended to be entertainment. It should never be pursued as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses, or under circumstances of emotional distress.

10. Account Security

12. Limitation of Liability

14. Changes to Terms
